Shipping information for everything (except Aeschbach chocolate)

Shipping with Swiss Post: We ship our gift packages with Swiss Post – a partner we have relied on for years. Delivery is usually reliable and on time. However, we recommend allowing an extra day for delivery, just to be on the safe side. Please note that delays may occur, especially during the pre-Christmas period.

Delivery date

Depending on the time of order and day of the week, various shipping methods are available.

  • Priority shipping: Orders placed before 3:00 PM are usually delivered the next business day. The cost includes postage and packaging materials and depends on weight. Price: from CHF 16.50
  • Economy Shipping: If you're not in a hurry and want to save on shipping costs, choose the economy option. Your package will be delivered within 5 days. Price: from CHF 11.00
  • Express delivery (Swiss Express Moon): Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be delivered by 9:00 AM the next business day – or Saturday. Costs are automatically calculated based on weight.

Desired delivery date

We'll gladly deliver your gift on your preferred date. Simply enter your desired delivery date during the checkout process under "Shipping Method - Preferred Delivery Date." This date will be the scheduled delivery day for the recipient. Please allow an extra day for delivery, as postal delays can occasionally occur. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

Personal delivery

If our daily business allows, we can also deliver your gift personally. Shipping costs remain the same. This service is available for deliveries in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Zug, and Schwyz. We will determine the exact delivery day based on our business schedule.

Packages to multiple addresses

Do you want to send multiple packages? Simply send us your address list as an Excel file – we'll take care of the rest. We charge an additional CHF 14.00 per package for this service.

Tip for saving on shipping costs

If you want to save on shipping costs, place separate orders for each recipient. This way, you only pay the shipping costs and no additional fees.

Self-collection in Niederlenz

You can also pick up your order directly from us in Niederlenz. Free parking is available in front of our store.

Exception: Aeschbach chocolate

Chocolate is a fresh product – that's why we always order your items directly from production. This allows us to offer you a wide selection while guaranteeing the longest possible shelf life.

Since we only keep a limited number of items in stock and order the chocolate on a first-come, first-served basis, delivery may take up to a week longer. In some cases, the chocolate is even made fresh for you.
