Food items cannot be returned. In the event of transport damage, please call us on 062 892 44 88.

Right of return/defects

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or refund the purchase price after the product in question has been returned, subject to the statutory provisions. Use and risk are transferred to the buyer upon dispatch in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), to the extent permitted by law.

Statutory warranty claims remain reserved; further claims are excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Shipping with Swiss Post
We ship our gift packages with Swiss Post – a partner we have been able to rely on for years. Delivery is usually reliable and punctual. Nevertheless, we recommend allowing an extra day for delivery to be on the safe side. Please note that delays may occur, especially in the run-up to Christmas.

Delivery date
Depending on the time of order and day of the week, there are various shipping methods to choose from.

  • Priority shipping: Orders placed before 3 p.m. are usually delivered the next working day. The costs are based on postage rates and packaging materials and depend on the weight.
    Price: from CHF 16.50
  • Economy shipping
    If you are not in a hurry and would like to save on shipping costs, choose the economy option. Your package will be delivered within 5 days.
    Price: from CHF 11.00
  • Express shipping (Swiss Express Mond): Orders placed before 3 p.m. will be delivered the next working day – or even on Saturday – by 9 a.m. at the latest. The costs are calculated automatically based on weight.

Desired delivery date
We are happy to deliver your gift on the exact day you want. Simply specify the desired delivery date during the ordering process under Shipping method Desired delivery date. This date corresponds to the planned delivery date to the recipient.
To be on the safe side, please allow an extra day, as postal delays can occur in rare cases. There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

Personal delivery
If our daily business allows, we will also deliver your gift personally. The shipping costs remain unchanged. This service is available for deliveries in the cantons of Aargau, Zurich, Zug, and Schwyz. The exact delivery date is determined by us and adapted to our daily business.

Packages to multiple addresses
Would you like to send multiple packages? Simply send us your address list as an Excel file—we'll take care of the rest. We charge an additional $14.00 per package for this service.

Tip for saving on shipping costs
If you want to save on shipping costs, place separate orders for each recipient. This way, you will only incur shipping costs and no additional fees.

Pickup in Niederlenz
You can also pick up your order directly from us in Niederlenz. Free parking is available in front of our store.

Exception: Aeschbach chocolate
Chocolate is a fresh product, which is why we always order your items directly from the manufacturer. This allows us to offer you a wide selection while guaranteeing the longest possible shelf life.

As we only have a few items in stock and order the chocolate after receiving your order, the delivery time may be extended by up to one week. In some cases, the chocolate is even produced fresh for you.
