1. Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between Ladivina AG and its customers.

2. Conclusion of Contract

By submitting your order for the goods contained in your shopping cart, you are making a binding offer. Immediately after receipt of your order, you will receive an order confirmation (copy of the order) by email. This order confirmation does not yet constitute acceptance; the contract is concluded at the latest when the goods are shipped.

3. Delivery during the Christmas season

During the Christmas season, increased order volumes may lead to delivery bottlenecks at our suppliers. In individual cases, we reserve the right to deliver equivalent replacement products. These correspond to the type, quality, and price of the products offered and do not constitute a defect.

4. Prices & payment

The prices displayed at the time of ordering apply; prices are subject to change. All prices include Swiss value added tax.

Orders on account are payable within 15 days net.

For orders totaling CHF 5,000 or more, a down payment invoice for 50% of the order amount will be issued, payable within 15 days net. You will receive the final invoice after delivery.

5. Delivery, shipping & delivery conditions

Our delivery terms apply to shipments within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Orders paid for in advance are shipped within 2–4 business days after the amount has been credited to our account. If a partial delivery is necessary, we will inform you.

The additional costs for multiple delivery locations per order will be charged separately.

6. Shipping confirmation & disclaimer

Once the package has been handed over to Swiss Post, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the corresponding tracking number. This confirmation does not constitute a guarantee or assurance that the shipment will be successfully received.

During transport, damage, loss of the shipment, or damage/loss of the address label may occur. Ladivina AG's liability for delayed, late, or missing deliveries that occur after handover to Swiss Post is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Shipping is at the buyer's risk, to the extent permitted by law. Claims for loss or damage must be made directly to Swiss Post.

7. Shipping costs (Switzerland & Liechtenstein)

Shipping costs are based on Swiss Post rates plus packaging materials. Shipping costs are calculated by weight and are shown in the shopping cart.

If the shipping weight exceeds 20 kg, the automatically calculated shipping cost amount on the order confirmation is non-binding. The actual shipping costs for orders > 20 kg will be invoiced according to expenditure.

8. Right of return / defects

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace it or refund the purchase price after the affected product has been returned, subject to the statutory provisions. Use and risk are transferred to the buyer upon dispatch in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), to the extent permitted by law.
