Chilestägli was founded in 1842 by Franz Felchlin-Zay. Today, we, Josef and Zeno Felchlin, along with our partners, run the family business in its sixth generation. Then as now, we rely on expertise, craftsmanship, and high-quality raw materials.
The Truffles Tradition 1842 are a tribute to the first generations of Felchlin. Just like in the old days, these pralines are made using the coating method. For each individual truffle, the ganache is rolled by hand and coated in a wafer-thin layer with the same couverture chocolate used in the center.
